Tiffany Park is an established neighborhood located in Bryan, between FM 158 or Booneville Road and FM 60 / University Drive just minutes from the Highway and Texas A&M University. I really like it here, I spent 9 years in the subdivision bordering it so I often took frequent strolls this way during my time here.
The subdivision enjoys amenities such as one of Bryan’s city parks, Tiffany Park which has a pavilion, tennis courts, baseball fields, a fountain, play-ground and a basketball courts. The Blue-Ribbon school Bowen Elementary School, is adjacent to the park and within walking distance to homes. During 2012 I managed to lose over 40lbs by jogging on the trails here, there’s one that links from 158 to Copperfield and another that makes a loop off of Copperfield. Both have water fountains for you and your pet and both will leave you tired and worn out! I’d often see deer on these trails on my morning runs, and they were always full of families riding bikes after school. Homes Range from $200,000 to $300′s and the age of homes is around 10-12 years old.
As always, you know where to find me. More information, buying, selling or just coffee and an informal chat about Real Estate, I’m here to help.
