I came to Real Estate from the Online Marketing World, immersed daily in Digital Media creation and distribution, my life was full of high speed transactions with almost instant, quantifiable results… so, you can imagine my complete shock when it came time to hire a professional to sell my home. Nine months on the market in 2017, in this town??
Frustrated with personal experiences with local agents, I set about taking my extensive online marketing and videography experience and creating a better way for clients to sell their homes AND find their next ones. I kept wracking my brain as to what was missing from the equation, there simply had to be a better way to move College Station Real Estate into the 21st Century.
Initially, and somewhat accidentally, I was retained as a trainer by a large national franchise and asked to write a ground up marketing program to train their agents with. This was met with great enthusiasm, and then the typical “salesman dropoff” occurred.
I heard them all – every excuse as to why these Agents couldn’t do what I was setting out to teach them, yet every single person in the room was going broke hunting for new business. I was sitting at my desk trying to come up with a way of simplifying my strategies even more, when I had my epiphany. Instead of training the REALTOR’s® at marketing, maybe it was a far simpler process to train the Marketer in Real Estate…? The light bulb clicked on!
You see, before I had gotten into marketing in a big way, my initial career had been as a Landman. I spent over 10 years running property title, acquiring leases and negotiating with property owners. Couple that with my mapping and GIS qualifications and I was in the trenches running a crew before I was 30. What better resource to guide you through a Real Estate transaction than someone who’s spent the better part of his career in the Oil and Gas field doing just that?
It is for this reason that I feel as though my skill set in Real Estate sales in the Bryan and College Station area is truly unique.
I work tirelessly to provide strategic marketing and transaction management services to clients, focusing on online media, videography, virtual tours and social “list based” distribution. Our media yields results up to four times faster than traditional methods, and no one has managed to emulate what it is we do… it’s all about the traffic.
